Kotak Mobile Banking Registration Process
Read the steps below to successfully activate Kotak Mahindra Mobile Banking Services.
Step 1. Download and install Kotak-811 from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Step 2. Open the Kotak-811 app. Now enter your customer relationship number (CRN). After this, click the “Submit” button.
Step 3. To find your CRN, see the section below your name on your Kotak Debit / Credit Card. If you do not have your card, send an SMS to 5676788 with ‘CRN’. You will receive your CRN through SMS.
Step 4. Enter your debit/credit card or net banking details to confirm your identity.
Step 5. After this, set the 6-digit MPIN and type it again to confirm.
Step 6. An activation code will be sent through SMS on your registered mobile number. Enter the code at the appropriate location and “submit“.
Step 7. Now you log in with your CRN and MPIN.

Step 1. Open the Kotak-811 Mobile Banking App on your smartphone. You will see a screen where your name and the last three points of your CRN will be displayed.
